WHO WE ARE
The Pawling Library Ambassadors is a passionate group of library advocates of all ages who understand that libraries play an important role in our communities.
WHAT WE DO
We work closely with the library director and board of trustees to champion the library and its services, raise funds for the library and support events and programs
WHY
The group was created to address the need for a larger, visible force of volunteers who could help the library better engage with the community in various ways.
What is the commitment like?
The PLAmbassadors are designed to be as much, or as little commitment as you want. We understand that not everyone can commit to monthly meetings. While we always want to see you, we'd love to have you in any capacity you are comfortable with, whether that is planning fundraisers, assisting at an event, or just helping to get the word out.
Come help us grow!
The Pawling Library Ambassadors meet on the last Thursday of the month at 7:00 PM. Contact the director, Chris Fisher at director@pawlinglibrary.org or (845)855-3444 for more information.
