Having practiced meditation for over two decades and conducted meditation and spiritual development groups for over six years, Cristina has combined these modalities into her own creation of an integrated and therapeutic “sound bath,” which, accompanied with guided meditation and relaxation techniques, she uses in private and group sessions. Winter Celebrations

Sunday, December 2 4:00-8:00 pm A program featuring winter celebrations observed by Indian, Jewish, and African American communities. The festivals of Diwali (India), Hanukkah (Judaism), and Kwanzaa (African American) each feature elements of light to illuminate elements of belief and understanding. Join us to learn more about these unique observances through displays and food. This program is partially funded by the Robert R. Chapman Grant of the Community Foundations of the Hudson Valley and the Stewarts Holiday Match. The Blue Olive: An Olive Oil and Vinegar Tasting Seminar

Co-founder John Canevari will lead an interactive tasting seminar to guide the class through several unique palette-pleasing recipes.
