The Pawling Library is continuing to grow, and we’re inviting you to follow along. Starting February 1, 2016, the library will begin sending an email newsletter out to the community that will keep you informed about all the exciting opportunities available at our library in the next month. Articles of interest will be included, as well as important information that you need to know. Without a community newspaper, we thought this would be a wonderful way to share important news about library services, library news, and library programs. Click here to sign up.
We’ve had a lot of questions about our new 3D Printer. The printer is an Ultimaker 2, and it’s available for anyone to use. The cost for printing is $0.20 per gram. The printer requires .stl files to print. You can make .stl objects at sites like Tinkercad or find files other people made at Thingiverese. If you have any more questions about printing, you can contact Library Director Casey Conlin at director@pawlinglibrary.org. Our latest print in the time lapse video below is a lobster for the upcoming science fair.
The Pawling Library is closing @ 1:30 pm today. Sorry for the inconvenience. Weather pending, we will re-open tomorrow (Sunday) at noon. Thank you!
